Chinese scientists discovered tip induced unconventional superconductivity on Weyl semimetals

(Science China Press) By using hard point contact measurement on Weyl semimetal TaAs single crystal, Chinese scientists discovered tip induced unconventional superconductivity around contact region on TaAs, which may have nontrivial topology. The cover article of Science Bulletin 2017(6) issue reported this discovery.
